8 Days of Christmas

Its almost Christmas!  We plan to give away 8 Wishes to deserving kids for the 8 days of Christmas leading up to Christmas Day!  Stay tuned for more details.  We need everyone's help to find nominations!

How it works:   We plant to chose 8 nominations for children who could use a Christmas wishes from the Jackson Sparks Foundation!  Click "Nominate" to fill out a nomination form for a child who has suffered a hardship.  The Jackson Sparks Foundation is granting "8" wishes (Gift Cards/Certificates) on the 8 days leading up to Christmas.

What hardships are considered:   The Jackson Sparks Foundation normally grants Baseball wishes for children who have suffered a Critical Illness, Critical Injury or loss an immediate family member.  However, its Christmas time!  We know there are lot of children who have faced all kinds of hardships in our communities.   For 8 Days of Christmas we are considering "any" hardships and we will review nominiations according to serverity of hardship.

When are nominations due by:   Nominations for the "8 Days of Christmas" are only accepted through Friday December 15th, 2023 at 11:59pm CST.

How are receipiants selected:   Once all nominations are received by the deadline, they are reviewed and receipients are selected each day leading up to Christmas by the Jackson Sparks Foundation board of directors.

• New Bat ($500 DeMarini\Mariucci\Louisville Gift Card)*
• New Custom Baseball Glove ($500 Gift card to Wilson\Rawlings\Mizuno)*
• Dick Shopping Spree ($500 Dicks Gift Card)
• Burghardt's Shopping Spree ($Burghardt's Gift Card)
• Waukesha Sports Cards Shopping Spree ($500 Gift Card to WSC)
• Milkmen or Dockhounds Gift Certificate ($500 Gift Card)*
• Nike/Under Armour/Adidas Gift Card ($500 Gift card(s))*

* Asterik indicates choice or selection of companies listed.

How are receipiants contacted:  Once selected for a Jackson Sparks Foundation 8 Days of Christmas receipient, the recipient will be contacted by email or phone based on contact information provided within the nomination form. 

How are wishes received:   Gift cards are sent as a eGift Card to receipient email addresses, or physical gift cards are mailed to receipient physical address.
